Registration for IEEE HPSR 2012
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE HPSR 2012.
Authors must be registered by Tuesday, April 17, 2012. Camera-ready papers should be submitted by April 24, 2012.
When you are submitting the camera-ready paper, follow the link provided in EDAS to submit the IEEE Copyright Form.

PLEASE NOTE: To be published in the IEEE HPSR 2012 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (RG-01, RG-02 or RG-03 in the table below) rate and the paper must be presented at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For the first authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE HPSR 2012 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.
IMPORTANT: Hotel rooms in Hotel Balkan should be reserved before April 24 in order to obtain a significant discount. When reserving the room(s), please mention that you are a participant of IEEE Meeting.

Registration Coverage
Registration covers admission to all technical sessions, tutorials, panel, proceedings, Sunday welcome reception, Tuesday banquet, and tours of Belgrade and Šumadija. Tour of Belgrade on Sunday includes lunch in the restaurant Old Cottage (serb. "Stara koliba"), bus tour of attractions and guided walk through downtown. Tour of Šumadija on Wednesday includes visit to the Royal Mauseleum Oplenac, and gala dinner in the restaurant of the winery Vrbica. Gala dinner will comprise several courses each combined with the appropriate wine of the winery Vrbica.
Tutorial Registration
Participants can register only for one or more tutorials, without registering for the remaining conference program. The price of any of the individual tutorials is $30.

Hotel Reservation
A significant discount is guaranteed for rooms in Hotel Balkan if they are booked until April 24, 2012. The number of reserved rooms is limited. Sessions and lunches will take place in Hotel Balkan. Rooms can be reserved by filling the attached form and sending it to Hotel Balkan either by e-mail: reservations@balkanhotel.net, or by fax:+381 11 2687 581. Please note that discounted rooms should be cancelled by May 24, 2012, if needed.

For Non-Authors (or authors needing a hard copy letter)- You will need to first register for the conference and obtain a registration receipt. Once you have registered, please complete a ComSoc Visa Assistance Request form at http://www.comsoc.org/node/add/visa-assistance-request.
For Authors- Authors can obtain visa letters by sending their information to Nataša Maksić at maksicn@etf.rs (name, paper title, affiliation and address on a travel document).
